Before You Open

After you complete our steps to ownership, the stretch between signing and opening runs about 12 months, and you have our support the whole way. The development team handles the heavy lifting alongside you, so site selections through the build-out of your store never rest on your shoulders alone.

Lease and LOI Guidance: Processes in place to assist with LOI and lease help you navigate engagement with landlords confidently.
Vendor and Account Setup: Our onboarding specialists will assist you with getting all your vendor accounts open and in order.
Build-Out Oversight: Jeremiah’s Development Team will work with you to ensure your building process stays on track to open with minimal hiccups.

Get Started on the Right Foot

Six to eight weeks before you open, our Leap Academy and Cool School gets you ready for the real thing. Two weeks of hands-on training at a certified Jeremiah's location put you behind the counter before your counter even exists. You learn the product, the standards, and the culture from people who live them daily.

Opening Week

Ten Days On-Site: A certified trainer stays for ten days, split before and after you open, so your first rush is never your first attempt.
New Store Opening Marketing: You will be paired with your very own Opening Marketing Coach who will work with you hand-in-hand to build your New Store Marketing Opening Strategy, deploy key tactics within your opening strategy, provide valuable Community Marketing Training, and help you plan your Grand Opening. Support provided from the first announcement to the lines out your door on Opening Day.
A Team at Your Back: Seasoned support sticks around through opening week, so you are never alone as the crowds gather and questions arise.
